Nisar Aziz Agri-Tech Center, Namal University, successfully conducted a hands-on practice training session on vermicomposting in Namal Agri-Park Chakda, empowering local farmers with the knowledge and skills to adopt organic and sustainable farming practices. This initiative aimed to enhance soil fertility, improve crop yields, and reduce reliance on chemical fertilizers by introducing farmers to the benefits of vermicompost.Through hands-on demonstrations and expert guidance, participants learned efficient composting techniques, best practices for organic waste management, and the long term economic and environmental advantages of sustainable soil enrichment.
