Admission Criteria

Eligibility Criteria

  • At least 70% marks in Intermediate/equivalent exams. The result awaiting candidates will also be eligible to apply based on HSSC first-year/equivalent exams, who will be offered conditional admission.
  • The confirmation of admission will be subject to obtaining a minimum of 70% marks in the Intermediate/equivalent exams, providing the (certificate or detailed mark sheet etc.) after the declaration of result, duly verified by the relevant Board.
  • Non-Matriculation/Intermediate stream students must provide an equivalence certificate obtained from IBCC, Pakistan.

 

Qualification Required

BS Electrical Engineering

F.Sc. (Pre Engineering) or equivalent

BS Computer Science

Intermediate/equivalent with Mathematics.

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

Intermediate/equivalent.

BS Mathematics

Intermediate/equivalent with Mathematics

 

Namal Aggregate Merit Criteria

Namal aggregate merit criteria will be based on Intermediate/equivalent exam and admission entry test as following.

Entry Test

The aggregate merit will be worked out as per the aforementioned weightage, using the first-year Intermediate/equivalent marks or complete Intermediate/equivalent marks, where available. The admission will be offered on the basis of the first preference. The second preference will be considered, if needed, after exhausting the first preference in each/particular program up to the minimum acceptable aggregate merit to be decided by the University.
