With over 18 years of distinguished leadership in higher education and international academic management, I serve as the Registrar of Namal University Mianwali. My career is defined by a commitment to institutional excellence and the strategic modernization of university governance. Before joining Namal on May 30, 2025, I completed a high-profile three-year tenure as Registrar (BPS-20) at Government College Women University Faisalabad and the University of Jhang. Prior to these roles, I dedicated 12 years to COMSATS University Islamabad as Deputy Registrar, a period that solidified my expertise in navigating complex federal and provincial administrative frameworks. Throughout my journey, I have specialized in University Governance and Administration, with a sharp focus on policy development and regulatory compliance. My approach to Academic Excellence is rooted in rigorous quality assurance and curriculum development, ensuring that institutional standards meet global benchmarks. I am a staunch advocate for Student Centricity, having spearheaded multiple initiatives to enhance support systems and student services to foster an exemplary learning environment. My strategic vision for Institutional Growth is further informed by extensive international exposure; through collaborations with leading institutions across Europe, Asia, Russia, and the Middle East, I bring a global perspective to stakeholder engagement and strategic planning.
