This Final Year Project presents Smart Hydroponics, an intelligent IoT- and Machine Learning–based farming system developed to tackle food security challenges arising from population growth, water scarcity, and limited arable land. By combining real-time sensor data, advanced analytics, and predictive ML models, the system enables adaptive monitoring and control to enhance resource efficiency and maximize crop yield. The project promotes sustainable agriculture and aligns with the UN Sustainable Development Goals, particularly SDG-2 (Zero Hunger), SDG-9 (Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure), SDG-12 (Responsible Consumption and Production), and SDG-13 (Climate Action).
