The Business Studies Department of Namal University organized a workshop session for Final year marketing students. The title of the workshop was “Real-World CRM – A Hands-On Workshop with Odoo,” led by the insightful Kevin Farah from Odoo, who shared a deeper learning experience for students wanting to understand business management concepts through hands-on ways using the Odoo software. Mr. Kevin Farah has a background as a teacher and an entrepreneur. He delivered a great interactive session where students gained hands-on experience in building brand websites, learning the Odoo CRM platform for managing client relations, and diving deep into the sales cycle—from generating quotes to processing orders. They’re now equipped with invaluable CRM skills for attracting leads and converting them into loyal customers.
